Today I learned how to make pancakes, I taught myself how. And I made it extraordinary. So what I did was make a B. E. S. C Pancake, a bacon egg sausage cheese pancake it was very good. So what I first did was chop up the bacon and sausage into little pieces and cooked them. After that I made the pancake mix and put cheese in it. Next what i did was crack the eggs onto the pan. After that i placed the pancake batter over the eggs and places the bacon and sausage on top to soak into the pancake, then I proceeded. It was my first time and it was better than my dads' cooking. I made like three of them and he was surprised at how I made breakfast. I even surprised myself, this is why I want to take culinary classes in 10th grade.
